Hello! My name is Ariel and I am a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, as well as VA, MN, IA and OK. I am passionate about working with women who are trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum. I have my certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and love working with future and current mothers. I also have experience working with women with fertility challenges and parents with NICU babies. I have been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for OCD. I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image and addiction.
My experience has taught me that one of the most valuable aspects of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I understand that it is not easy to open up to a stranger. It is important for me to provide a safe environment for us to build a trusting relationship.
