With 9+ years of experience, I provide passionate and dedicated therapy services to adolescents, families, and adults. I am passionate about healing as I know what’s it’s like to be on the other side of the couch. In my work with clients I utilize evidenced-based modalities with a individualized treatment approach, that provides a mix of traditional talk therapy and body-based bottom-up interventions that allow you to reconnect with your body, release stuck emotions/experiences, and develop as deeper understanding of self.
