I'm so glad you're here! I'm Ariel, the owner of Desert Rose Therapy. I'm dually licensed in Arizona and Washington, and I enjoy working with clients one-on-one as my approaches are centered around you and your specific needs. Whether you are new to therapy, or familiar with the process, I will meet you where you are in your journey towards progress. Although my specialty is relationships, I treat a multitude of conditions, some of which include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and body-image. My goal is to help rebuild confidence, self-sufficiency, and executive functioning. Please note, email is the best way to contact me!
I use several modalities with high empathy in every session, while catering to relevant needs and goals. I specialize in relationships of every nature, but especially romantic involving various types of conflict, including recovery from narcissistic/emotional abuse. I will support you by identifying areas of growth and help you reach desired results.
I understand the confusion, pain, or distraught that can occur in any unhealthy dynamic. My approaches will help you overcome adversity while providing a safe and supportive space paired with understanding and first-hand guidance. Starting therapy can be daunting, but I will provide reassurance throughout the process. When you're ready, I'm here to help!
