As your therapist, I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand and address the issues that may be causing you anxiety, depression, trauma, or anger and are preventing you from living a life of peace, purpose, and meaning.
Many of my clients struggle to trust their own judgment, feelings, or instincts. Together, we'll work on quieting the noise, understanding where the self-doubt comes from, and helping you feel more confident in your ability to make decisions and navigate life without constantly needing a second (or tenth) opinion.
I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients understand the deeper patterns and experiences that shape their lives, but I also use other approaches if they move the work forward. My philosophy is simple: therapy should be thoughtful, flexible and tailored to the person sitting in front of me, not the other way around.
I offer a free phone consultation to learn a little bit about you, and answer any questions that you might have.
