Dr. Koster holds a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University, Los Angeles, with a focus on working with families and adults grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. Dr. Koster's experience informed his passion to shape a future in which individuals feel empowered.

What's Working and What's Not is a support group for anyone who would like to discuss their stressors and expand their coping skills with help from peers and a psychologist.
