Hi! Nice to share this journey with you. I am a seasoned therapist and I use evidence-based interventions, as well as educate. My primary focus is person-centered counseling, however, I have found cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of our mental health and what we know, determine how we navigate our worlds. My focuses are children, adolescence and adulthood.
I have been called approachable. That’s where it all begins. My endeavor is to provide a safe space for client dialogue and transformative work. I began becoming a therapist during what I thought was the hardest time of my life… and ladies and gentlemen I was wrong. I enjoy helping others including teens and young adults increase, as I have. We are always growing and have the means to live our best lives no matter the circumstances.
