You are looking for support with emotional and/or physical pain. You have questions and concerns about yourself and your body. Your relationships feel imbalanced, but you can imagine a more authentic way of being close to others. You want to feel less burdened by fear, and you are ready to embark on your healing journey. Therapy is the place to do this work. Together, we can gently uncover the roots of your unease, identify triggers, and establish productive coping mechanisms. We can build your self-worth and tap into your innate vitality and well-being so you feel centered and move through your day with energy and ease.

I bring my passion for somatic and creative healing techniques to my practice as a way to support relational and person-centered therapy. I believe that growth comes from tender curiosity into our shadow selves and that self-discovery arrives when we open ourselves to authenticity. I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend and eternally developing woman.

When we push aside our fears, doubts, and difficult body sensations they only continue to bubble up and present themselves as physical pain, unhealthy behavior, or self-sabotaging choices.
