My virtual doors are open to helping those who want to help themselves. I’d like to consider my approach as eclectic mixed with a good dose of reality therapy. My specialties include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Adjustment, Depression, Relationship stressors and Women Issues.
I come from a strength-based approach, intertwining support and validation. I allow the client to steer the session, with my support and guidance along the way. I am very future-oriented and will help you accept your past, but look forward to your future .
My clients would describe me as caring, direct, supportive, humorous, affirming, and down to earth. If you are here and need these, then you are in the right place. I have been practicing as a licensed therapist for over 7 years and genuinely enjoy helping others reach their full potential. Life happens. But so does therapy, so let's give this a try!
