I'm a trauma-trained graduate intern and Oregon's only bibliotherapist (that's reading books therapeutically), welcoming adults and couples. Together we will unwind mental health challenges, release deep emotional blocks and rewire your nervous system to find a path that's fulfilling, joyful and balanced. We'll use the latest evidence-based therapies to address concerns like: Depression, mood disorders, grief & phobias; Relationship challenges; Life transitions (career, divorce, empty nest, retirement); Coping habits like drugs, overeating, excessive exercise & serial relationships; Anxiety & ADHD; and Psychedelic integration.
