I believe that success in therapy is based on the relationship shared between a therapist and their client. I am comfortable with working with clients of all ages. I offer individual and couples therapy. I draw from a variety of counseling theories and techniques including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. I also offer fertility evaluations (third party donor assessments).
My approach in the therapeutic process is one that supports and guides you to gain greater understanding of yourself and your relationships. In therapy we will set goals, explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work together toward your desired outcomes.
