HI! I’m Arianne (she/her), and my goal is to help you find yourself again. For many different reasons, we can feel that we've lost ourselves and the connection to our spark. I want to help you find yours. I specialize in helping clients through anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relational issues. I am passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating faith transitions.

I care deeply about creating an environment where clients can feel comfortable and at peace while rediscovering you again. My work is rooted in compassion, attachment, and a client-centered approach. I enjoy integrating EMDR, ERP, and ACT in my approach and believe in creating actionable steps that help you get back to being you!
