Hello! My name is Arianna, and I am a Trauma-Informed Behavioral Therapist. I specialize in EMDR, Trauma and PTSD, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Postpartum, Attachment, Adjustment and Life Transitions, and Dual Diagnosis in children, teens, and adults. Our past and present experiences formulate our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe we can change these through trauma processing, challenging our thoughts, reframing them, and developing the coping skills to work through them. I have 3 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
In therapy, I take on a holistic and integrative approach. I draw and implement different techniques from different approaches. Some of these include techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative therapy.
