At Particle Psychotherapy, my work is dedicated to empowering individuals (21+) and couples to cultivate safe spaces within themselves to process their experiences and resolve that which keeps them stuck. I specialize in working with children of immigrants, biracial identities, those with histories of trauma including intimate partner violence and childhood abuse, as well as the LGBTQIA, kinky + polyamorous communities.
Using an eclectic approach, I incorporate modalities including EMDR, attachment theory, parts work/ ego state work, and somatic focused therapy.
My approach to therapy is one that recognizes and deeply values the potential for human relationships to help us see the best parts of ourselves. With this comes understanding the ways in which we want to change and evolve, and the ways in which we can choose to heal and overcome.
