I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I have a special interest in working with women struggling with self-esteem issues, as well as postpartum and perinatal depression. As your therapist, I hold unconditional positive regard for you and will show up as compassionate, validating and direct.
I work from a holistic framework and believe in healing the mind, body and soul collectively. I utilize a person-centered focus, and incorporate DBT, CBT and other modalities into therapy. I have my certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional, and incorporate a focus on ways nutrition and lifestyle habits impact our overall wellness.
