As your therapist, I hold unconditional positive regard for you and will show up as compassionate, validating and direct. Healing is possible, and we will begin to reconnect your mind and body to help you feel more grounded & connected.
I work from a holistic framework and believe in healing the mind, body and soul collectively. I utilize a person-centered focus, and incorporate EMDR, DBT and other modalities into therapy. I have my certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional, and incorporate a focus on ways nutrition and lifestyle habits impact our overall wellness.
