My approach integrates EMDR, talk therapy, and expressive therapies (play/art) to meet clients where they are. Healing isn’t always verbal, so I use creative methods to support expression, processing, and insight. I work with anxiety, trauma, behavior, transitions, regulation and more. Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-based.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about mental health awareness and creating supportive spaces where individuals and families feel empowered to seek help.
