I am a licensed psychologist and have worked with individuals across the age spectrum and from diverse backgrounds for the past twelve years. I have experience in a number of settings including outpatient clinics, hospital-based inpatient units, an addiction and rehabilitation inpatient program for mothers and their infants, schools, and psychological testing centers. My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative, and I utilize a variety of approaches to help clients meet their goals.
My approach is primarily based in Psychodynamic and Family Systems Theory, and I also integrate strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I am also a member of our Integrated Behavioral Health Team and I have been focused on providing care to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties related to reproductive health including family planning, fertility/infertility, pregnancy loss, and perinatal and postpartum mood disorders.
