I believe in client centered care and want to meet the needs of why you are seeking counseling services. It is my belief that you are the expert of your own life. It is my job to provide support as you work towards goals to led you to your most authentic healthy life.
My educational background is rooted in a family systems approach. I utilized this framework as I implement various techniques ranging from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed, IFS informed, and solution focused interventions. I have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, and dual diagnosis.
