Whether working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring goals, we'll create an empowering, achievable plan for growth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-worth, women's issues, recovery from childhood trauma, relationships, and attachment issues. I work from an emotion-focused therapy (EFT) approach, allowing experiences to come forth for processing through a cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT). while we work collaboratively towards strategies promoting acceptance of experiences, aligning with values, while growing self-awareness (ACT), achieving transformation and growth.
