My approach is collaborative, grounded in cultural humility and informed by my experience working with BBIPOC communities and my perspective as a first-generation Mexican American woman. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and free to explore your experiences at your own pace.
Drawing from my background in play therapy, I incorporate creative and symbolic exploration to help uncover deeper meanings and patterns in your life. My goal is to honor each person’s unique healing journey while helping you connect with your inner resilience, heal childhood wounds, and understand generational patterns that may be shaping your present.
