As a therapist with experience working with a diverse range of individuals, I deeply believe that mental health challenges are best navigated with support. I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel when there’s no hope or relief in sight. You don’t have to face your struggles alone. My primary focus is supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and working towards healing childhood trauma, helping them find healing, clarity, and strength along the way.
My specialty is supporting individuals who have experienced life events that have created challenges in their lives. Together, we’ll work through these challenges, and I’ll be by your side every step. Many of my clients seek support in healing from past trauma, but no matter what brings you here, my goal is to provide a safe and understanding space.
