A pleasure to have you here! I'm Ariana an Associate Marriage & Family therapist. I am dedicated to supporting neurodivergent young adults, managing anxiety, and life transitions. My practice is centered around digging deep into my client's automatic thoughts, emotions, and behaviors offering a safe affirming space where your unique experiences are honored. Together we will explore your individual experience, or neurodiversity, and examine how it could become a strength while building upon your inherent skills and abilities.
In therapy, I invite clients to unmask and enlighten me on their unique history, behaviors, emotions, & thoughts. I prioritize fostering a therapeutic environment that is comfortable, non-judgemental, stim-friendly, and open to collaboration while we explore emotional, behavioral, and or relationship patterns.
As a therapist, I believe creativity is one of humanity's greatest gifts and is an integral part of the therapy I provide children and adults. Together we will establish methods that work best for your unique therapeutic needs. I have 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent populations.
