I am passionate about working with those within the Latinx community as well as individuals navigating life transitions, specifically relationship changes and college students. Most of the clients I work with describe themselves as wanting to understand themselves better. This can include discovering what it means to be Latinx today, navigating the new independence that comes with being a college student, or changes within a relationship.
As your therapist, I can help you achieve your goals and assist you in living a happy fulfilling life. I encourage you to create your own meaning by providing you with a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings. I help clients recognize the small wins they achieve on a daily basis. I help encourage clients to take small but meaningful steps forward.
I believe that therapy is both collaborative and organic. I love seeing the progress clients make throughout our time together and when clients come to meaningful conclusions.
