Is your child struggling with constant worries, meltdowns, or tough transitions? If you suspect your child needs support for anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, or is having behavioral issues, they may benefit from play-based therapy. I help children understand their emotions and build new skills, while supporting parents through this process. My approach is warm, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. With kids, therapy is play-based, allowing them to communicate in ways that feel natural and safe. With parents, I focus on how to continue progress at home, and/or process their own stress and overwhelm.

I am a Licensed therapist (LMHC) certified in play therapy. I specialize in working with children and parents who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, and the stress that comes with navigating big emotions. Many of the families that request my therapy services are seeking a path forward that feels calmer, happier, and less difficult.

This work is deeply meaningful to me because I believe families deserve to feel supported, not judged. I'm passionate about helping families through difficult seasons, so they can feel more connected and less stressed.
