Most of us benefit from some combination of being listened to and accurately understood, trying out alternative behaviors, learning new information relevant to our problem and re-examining what we have been taught about who we are. My style is authentic and interactive: I won't stare at you in silence, only occasionally making mysterious interpretations.
I know how hard it is scrolling through a lists of therapists and guessing which one will be the right one. I approach therapy as an active collaboration. I am authentic and playful but also very serious about getting you results. I have specialized training in relationships and attachment, family systems, parenting and healing of trauma and PTSD.
