My typical client is not looking for a one-size fits all approach, they are looking for a creative solution, one which they have not already tried themselves. Initially coming in for therapy my client may feel anxious, depressed, have insomnia, relationship troubles or struggle with putting their phone away. I enjoy working with teenagers who spend too much time on their phones and are showing signs of emotional instability. I enjoy helping families and couples who are drifting apart, yet want to earnestly work on mending their relationship.
I can treat a wide-range of mental health issues and phase of life issues. I pride myself in being an extremely approachable therapist. I purposely maintain a small practice so that I can be readily available to my clients when they need me. My practice is entirely virtual in order to be more accessible to my clients.
I always cultivate a warm and welcoming setting for my clients and explain the therapy process step-by-step. I strive to make the therapy process easy and one in which the client looks forward to each session.
