Congratulations on being brave enough to seek therapy or coaching! I know it can be an intimidating process, but I strive to make it easier for you. I am currently accepting individual clients who may be struggling with relationship and/or job issues, addiction, anxiety and/or increasing self-awareness. I am also accepting couples who are seeking a direct approach to therapy, either to repair or enhance their relationship. I would be happy to further discuss my style in a consultative call.
My area of expertise is in helping others to explore thoughts and "core beliefs" that might be impacting behavior in current circumstances. As a behaviorist, I look for patterns that may be unconscious so that clients can increase self-awareness and create more deliberately. I especially love working with HSPs- highly sensitive people.
I strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere so that clients feel comfortable to share information and explore themself. I'm often told that I'm easy to talk to, and it's important to me to remain non-judgmental and supportive.
