With these populations, I engage with a variety of topics related to anxiety, trauma processing, attachment wounds, identity development, family/relationship issues, and life transitions. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) specializing in mental skills training for athletes, teams, and other performers across high school, college, and professional levels.
I believe it is crucial to consider all aspects of your identity in order to genuinely connect with each other. My therapeutic style is authentic, person centered, culturally and trauma informed. It is important that in our work together you feel heard. I frequently draw from narrative, psychodynamic, attachment, ACT, and systems-oriented approaches.
