I am a licensed therapist in Massachusetts and Maine, working with young adults and adults at Sanative Counseling and Wellness Center. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, trauma-informed care, and working with athletes and performers. I draw from attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and systems-oriented approaches.
