I am an LPC in AZ. I approach therapy from a relational, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, culturally focused approach, and an HAES-aligned approach. I work with adults who are looking to work on/navigate traumatic experiences, interpersonal relationships, pregnancy/postpartum/fertility, multicultural dynamics, and relationships.
I interweave EMDR, mindfulness, IFS, relational/humanistic, attachment theory, and HAES principles and view the client through a holistic lens. I have a 200 hr yoga teacher training background and some hypnotherapy training as well.
I intend to create a collaborative, warm, and safe space with my clients. The therapeutic relationship is vital to the work we do together, and I build that trust with my clients over time. I encourage feedback as well with my clients as I want the client to express what is and isn't working for them in order to best support them.
