I offer two evidence-based therapies: Brainspotting and Somatic Psychotherapy. These go beyond talking to: changing your brain patterns, connecting with your body’s wisdom, and supporting an expanded sense of self. I've provided hundreds of sessions as a Certified Brainspotter and bring over 30 years of specialized experience as a Somatic Psychotherapist.
