Sometimes in life, you come to a place where you feel like you can no longer manage stress and challenges. With a background in both neuroscience and social work, I help young adults and adults understand how your environment, relationships, and physical and emotional well-being all influence your mental health. I am thoughtful, approachable, and create a supportive space for growth. My approach is collaborative so that we work together to achieve your goals.
