I treat individuals, couples, and families across a range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relational conflict. Because I believe the human experience is dynamic and unique for each individual, I work collaboratively with my clients to address each specific goal and help them find their own “best fit” in therapy. I most notably use evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as CBT/DBT, IFS, the Gottman Method, as well as other psychodynamic and somatic models.
As an integrative therapist, I have a passion for blending the science of cognitive-behavioral work with the art of insight-oriented approaches. This balances skill-building for symptom management and active change with introspection for increasing resiliency and deepening self-awareness.
