Hi there! My name is Aria Hanna, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Long Beach, CA. I hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, emphasis in Trauma Studies from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. I have been working in the field of mental health for the past 6 years. My approach to therapy is uniquely tailored depending on the needs of each client, as I believe all humans are different and there is no "one size fits all" therapeutic approach.
My communication style is expressive and enthusiastic, while also calm and nurturing. I am very empathetic and understanding towards each of my clients, and I support each individual's different style of communication. In addition, as your therapist, I will listen to you without judgment and accept you for the unique individual you are.
I believe having a trusting therapeutic relationship is the most successful way of helping clients reach their goals. In order for any work to be done, trust is the most important factor. I feel that once trust is established, only then clients are able to successfully make changes in their life.
