Hi, I'm Ari. I believe therapy works best as a partnership where you can just be yourself. Maybe you’re at a point where you’re just 'getting by,' or thriving in some areas while stuck in others. I’m here so we can work on a plan to make real ground, find clarity, and understand what's holding you back. I adapt my style to what serves you best: I can be non-directive to help you find your own answers, and directive when you want active guidance and clear direction. Whether untangling relationship patterns or breaking family cycles, I’ll hold space for us to stay focused.
Here’s what I offer: I help men build emotional language, and I support women who feel like they’re doing the emotional heavy lifting in their relationships. We all connect differently, so I focus heavily on attachment and healthy boundaries. I hold a grounded, non-judgmental space; my number 1 goal is making sure you feel safe and heard.
