You’re here because you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, shame and guilt, people-pleasing and perfectionism. I help adults with childhood and adolescent trauma process their past, gain awareness, and reconnect with themselves.
I offer an integrative approach to therapy as I feel that there is no one-size fits all approach. We’ll work together to strengthen communication skills, establish boundaries, embrace discomfort with confidence and make values based choices.
Honesty, accountability, humor and curiosity are the values that I live by and shape my approach to care with my clients. At the core of the therapeutic relationship there must be safety and trust. *WAITLIST OPEN - New Groups in 2026* Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) group is a psychoeducation group for adults with childhood trauma. RRP childhood trauma recovery groups were developed by Amanda Curtin, LCSW and popularized by Patrick Teahan, LCSW. RRP model is about learning to recognize and deal with your very valid childhood triggers in a healthier way so they don’t negatively impact your life and relationships. Folks will have the opportunity in community to grieve the childhood that you didn't get, resolve "unfinished business" from childhood, reparent your inner child and reclaim personal intimacy. Open to CA residents only.
