I specialize in Internal Family Systems and work with adults, children, and couples. I have a particular focus on helping men struggling with confidence and assertiveness. As a frum therapist (i.e. orthodox Jewish) I'm most familiar with that particular lifestyle, while it has also provided me with the sensitivity to understand other cultures as well.
Most people start seeing a therapist because they seek support, validation, and empathy. While I certainly provide my clients with those gifts, I also and more importantly will help you give these gifts to yourself.
