Relationships can feel overwhelming when communication breaks down, emotions run high, or the same conflicts keep repeating. I work with couples and families who are feeling stuck or disconnected and want to build more understanding, trust, and emotional safety. I help couples and families understand the patterns that keep them stuck—repeated arguments, emotional distance, difficulty managing conflict, or challenges related to addiction, stress, or life transitions. I work with couples and families impacted by addictive behaviors, helping address issues of trust, communication, and repair while supporting meaningful change.
I work with adults and adolescents who are working through trauma and grief, managing mood and anxiety disorders, and navigating stressors such as family and relationship issues. I help couples and families slow down difficult interactions, make sense of emotional reactions, and practice new ways of communicating that feel more effective and less reactive.
In sessions, I work to create a structured and supportive space where each person feels heard and understood. My role is to support healthier patterns while maintaining a balanced and respectful space for everyone involved. With all therapy, I aim to help clients turn challenges into opportunities for success. Contact me to set up an initial consultation.
