As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have experience treating adults of all ages for everything from emergent life stressors to severe trauma. My goal is to provide patients with a safe space free of judgment to explore what has been and to chart a path towards what can be. Together we will work to find meaning behind emotion, to discern the patterns of our thoughts, and to quiet conflicts that have lived beyond their time. My integrated approach to care utilizes aspects of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques to work towards a patient centered conceptualization of health.

I provide a full range of individual therapy and assessment services. Trained across outpatient, VA, and forensic settings I bring a diverse therapeutic approach that allows a patient's need to dictate the course of care. While I practice as a true generalist I have extensive experience working with trauma, mood, and adjustment disorders.

I have also undergone advanced training in personality and neuropsychological assessment allowing me to offer diagnostic and disability assessment services.
