Do you suffer from anger? Relationship problems? Feeling down? I can help you like I've helped hundreds of others. My goal is to empower people to become their own therapists, to help you learn and use techniques that will enhance the rest of your life. We will not only define issues and problems but include a focus on enhancing your positive character and traits. Our work will be a partnership, with you as the pilot, and I am the navigator. You set the goals, and I guide you through the obstacles.
I have worked in psychology for all of my adult life. Throughout the decades I've been trained in Family work, Humanistic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have many years working with adult survivors of childhood trauma. I work with relationship issues, depression, and all types of anxiety issues
My first goal is to understand whatever it is that you are experiencing. Once you feel that I can see you from your own perspective we will work together on your goals. I won't leave you until you feel good. Call me and we can talk. Leave a message and I will return your call. The following reviews (in photos) were unsolicited.
