Are you a man that feels stuck? Do you need help with confidence, masculinity, marriage/romantic relationships, dating, purpose, leadership, self-discipline, and friendships? Many men feel stuck right now, unsure of what it means to be a man and how to feel good about it. We often get conflicting messages from our parents, our partners, and the broader culture about manhood and masculinity. Many people equate masculinity with toxic masculinity. If you’re struggling to figure out how to be a strong, confident man that is also kind and loving, then coaching or a men’s group may be right for you.
Why do the coach approach? I have practiced as a clinical psychologist for 17 years. Coaching uses all my therapy skills and adds other tools to help clients create deep transformation. Coaching is for people who want to get out of their comfort zone, challenge themselves, and create their best life.
Men’s coaching groups are also an amazing resource for change. They offer an opportunity to build strong connections with other men, learn from each other, and support each other’s growth. If you're interested in coaching or a men's group, I offer a free initial consultation. Get in touch!
