I offer therapy for people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain. Overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or stress that shows up in your body or relationships. If you’ve been trying to “figure it out” on your own but aren’t seeing lasting change, therapy can help you move forward in a more focused, supported way. My approach is active, collaborative, and practical. We won’t just talk about what’s going on, we’ll work with it. Together, we’ll identify patterns, process what’s underneath them, and build tools you can use in your daily life so progress doesn’t stay stuck in the therapy room.
I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, and clinical hypnosis, along with somatic and parts-based approaches (IFS-informed) and mindfulness. This allows us to work at a deeper, nervous-system level. This can be especially helpful if insight alone hasn’t been enough. I enjoy collaborating with people ready for change and open to the process in and out of session.
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to walk alongside you!
