I work from a psychodynamic perspective and integrate a holistic range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. These enable me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I am experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of issues including (but not limited to) communication in relationships, parenting, life transitions, navigating workplace challenges, chronic illness, family of origin and other relationship concerns, trauma, identity issues, and low self esteem.
I take a collaborative approach that is grounded in a curious and compassionate inquiry into the patterns that no longer serve you. I help individuals and couples work through these obstacles in an environment of safety and trust.
