I want to support my clients in feeling whole. This can mean learning how to safely unmask your Autism or ADHD, healing trauma, setting healthy boundaries, strengthening communication, motivating without shame, or bringing compassion to chronically ill bodyminds. I specialize in working with neurodivergant adults, kids, and couples. I use playful interventions gained over years of working with IEP students to help kids feel confident and proud of being uniquely themselves. I love supporting newly identifying neurodivergent folks, those re-assessing their own self-support, and couples looking to bridge their differences.
I work very collaborativly, drawing on training in somatic, relational, mindfulness, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and sex therapy approaches, as well as a variety of coping and executive function strategies I've gathered over the years. I do telhealth everywhere in California, and in-person outdoor therapy in Santa Rosa.
