I offer integrative, trauma-informed therapy grounded in psychodynamic, IFS, CBT, MBCT, existential, and transpersonal approaches. For couples, I draw from EFT and the Gottman Method to support emotional safety, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. My work is intuitive, collaborative, and depth-oriented.
