About
I understand how anxiety-provoking it can be to start therapy. I have also seen the magic that can happen when someone is ready to do the work it takes to heal. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where that kind of courage and change is possible. I know my clients are the experts on their own experiences. I use my knowledge and experience to help them through the stuck places so they can live clearer, more confident, more meaningful lives.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and the aftereffects of trauma. I am especially passionate about helping young adults find confidence and direction. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ people and allies. As a trans-identified therapist, I have a particular passion for working with trans, non-binary, and gender-exploring clients.
Together we can identify and help you take steps that move you toward the life you want to lead. We will build on your strengths, help you get clearer on your direction, and help you find and use your voice. If you have more questions or want to get started, reach out to me by email or through my website. I look forward to meeting you!
