As a trauma psychotherapist, my goal is to help my clients get to the root of their symptoms. I use practices that have been shown to be effective in addressing trauma-related symptoms. If you feel on edge, sad, anxious, agitated or numbed, you might benefit from evidence-based practices to address these symptoms. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS).
