In a creative and caring environment, I help clients identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life, a better self-image or more fulfilling relationships. I help people work through grief and loss, adjust to health concerns, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD with traditional counseling, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Art Therapy.
As both a board-certified art therapist and professional clinical counselor, I am able to help clients gain new perspectives on issues or behaviors, plus develop healthier coping skills. Art therapy can be a wonderful way to express and explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I utilize a somatic approach to counseling.
