I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy, to tailor my practice to the specific needs of each client. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences.
I am an LSW who primarily focuses work on the importance of mental health and restorative healing using holistic therapy & strength-based perspective.
