Hi, I’m Areanna—a therapist who creates a warm, safe space for adults ( 18 plus) and teens . You may be an adult feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or a parent seeking support for your teen. You might be looking for clarity, relief, and tools that help. Therapy here is a supportive space to process emotions, understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build coping skills—meeting you where you are and moving toward meaningful, lasting change together.

I help clients work through trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. For children, I use play and sand tray therapy to uncover feelings words can’t reach. Together, we’ll process pain, find clarity, and build skills to reclaim your calm, confidence, and hope. Healing starts with connection—let’s begin by filling your cup.
