**Update January 11th, 2024 - NEW GROUP SESSION BEGINNING SOON!***. This DBT group is geared specifically toward teens, aged 12-18. In this group, you will learn concrete strategies to improve your management of difficult thoughts and emotions, as well as how to build healthy self-awareness. This group will also help you grow in terms of navigating the complexities of relationships.
